In Memory Collection Envelopes

Please fill in the form below so we can send your collection envelopes in the post. They can be used at funerals, cremations, celebration of life services, and other similar events. The envelopes can also be returned to us after the event, by those who were not able to attend.

We will dispatch your items within 5 working days and it will be sent via second class post.
